Late Md.Mofiz Ullah (1938-1993) is the Founder Of the Company. Who Started Fight for life when he was only 6.He did not get any chance to Academic Education for poverty but he learned a lot from real life. He started to work as a day labor since he was only 6.After working for a long period he stepped to small business in 1978 he took a step to produce "Mosquito net " and got the allotment for land from BSCIC (Bangladesh small cottage and industries) In Comilla Bangladesh. Then he bought HDPE mono filament Extrusion machine from India but Unfortunately he could buy a knitting machine as per his plan for Mosquito net for shortage of Capital. In that period only hand made Coconut coir rope was available and being used by People.Talented Mofiz Ullah got that he can take a place in the market of coconut coir rope. Then he started to sell his PE monofilament twine to the Manual rope makers. After introducing PE rope in Bangladesh he occupied the Market of Coconut coir rope with his PE monofilament rope then he took another step to produce rope by himself. He met a local expert then started to produce PE rope manually in his factory and took the lead. Smart and Future plan maker Mofiz ullah Thought about Modern Technology of Rope manufacturing In Bangladesh and got a Rope machine from India then Another revolution had in Bangladesh in this sector. In 1985 he got the second unit of PE monofilament Extruder.

Far seeking Mofiz Ullah got that he can have a Market of fishing net as well as his Monofilament rope which is leading the market .He applied for Bank loan in 1984 for 3 sets of Nylon multifilament net Machine but due to delay of the Bank he Got the Net machines from Japan After 3 years in 1987.In 1989 he purchased another 2 sets of Machine from Japan and in 1990 he backed the full a amount of his loan in one cheque.

In 1993 Doctor discovered "Throat Cancer" in the body of that Business lion and he had been sent to Singapore for a better treatment then he came back to native. Unfortunately on 28th august of 1993 he left his last breathe.

Today He is not with us but his Contributions achievements his activities are alive. Md.Mofiz ullah will live As long as PE monofilament rope will be available in Bangladesh .

After my fathers expire in 1993 I took the chair of managing director with the concent of our family and other shareholder according to my fathers announcement when he was ill. When I got the chair I was too young to others Competitors in age and experience I started with the inspiration I got from my Father as I was with him in our business for few years after complete my study.

In 1994 the raw materials price was too low in international market and I purchased all raw materials around US$ 500/MT.In the end of that year price gone up to US$1200/MT and I got a big Profit from that Deal.

I understood that Market is going on with hard competition and I have to fight with others competitor from a corner of the country, which was not too easy so I have to produce better quality rope, then I purchased a monofilament Extrusion line from Germany and some rope machines from Japan. From this machine we got Quality rope and we were confident with that and sent it to Japan for a test. The Result was Excellent. After that I started work with double inspiration and leading the market of Bangladesh with our PE/PP/Dan line type rope.

In 1998 we started to export our product in Japan and Morocco Which is going on successfully till today without any complain.

In 2001 we met a competitor of Dan line type rope in Bangladesh Now only He's our Competitor in Dan line product but in PE/PP/JUTE/TIRE CORD rope we are leading the market.

Unfortunately for lack of availability of fish in rivers of Bangladesh our rope market went a little down in 1999 and many other companies laid off then I started to think about something new and I visited Thailand in 2000.I saw there a lot of uses of PE twine net and got a new Idea then I started to produce "Fencing net" with PE twine but faced a lot of problems to introduced this new product to Traditional people of Bangladesh. At last after a long time struggle we took the market and slowly we expanded our PE twine net product for Fencing, Construction, Fisheries, Agro shade, Poultry and took the lead in the market of Traditional product.

In 2002 I visited Thailand Again and got anther new Idea of "Cage culture 'fishing in the rivers. We are farming monosex Black tilapia in 100 "Cages" on experiment and started to getting satisfactory result already. We see people are also Interested to Farm in cages and Hopefully we will going to get another revolution in the fishing sector of Bangladesh.
